Your Dedicated Mailbox Address

The address at the bottom of Mail Delivery Settings, and what it is for.

When your sending domain is configured, Zyntro creates an inbound address for your brand and shows it at the bottom of Mail Delivery Settings, under Your dedicated mailbox account, with a Copy button.

Anything sent to that address is captured by Zyntro rather than delivered to a person, which makes it a way to feed email into the platform deliberately.

At a glance

Where to find it Location optional

Communication > Email > Senders, at the bottom of the page, once a sending domain is configured.

Scope Per brand optional

Created with the sending domain, so each configured brand has its own address.

What happens to mail sent there Captured optional

Zyntro intercepts it. It is not delivered to a mailbox a person reads.

What it is for FLOW orchestration optional

Captured mail is available to FLOW actions, so an inbound message can start or continue automated work.

Tip: This address is not where replies to your campaigns go. Replies arrive through the MX record on your sending domain and are matched to the contact and the message that prompted them. The dedicated mailbox is for mail you point at Zyntro on purpose, such as forwarding from another system.

Important: The address is unique to your brand and is not guessable. Treat it as internal: anything sent to it is ingested by your Zyntro workspace, so share it only with systems and people you intend to feed data in.
