Visual frames and offer images

Pick a prompt, choose an orientation, generate.

Visual Frames are image prompts the enhancement wrote for this offer, grouped by audience, with several variations each. They describe composition, setting, tone and your brand colours, and they take your recorded visual preferences into account.

The point of them is that you do not have to write an image prompt. Pick one, and generate.

Before You Begin

  • An offer that has been through the enhancement — visual frames only come from a generated run
  • Enough in your wallet to cover the images you want

Steps

Open Visual Frames on the offer page

Choose Visual Frames from the list on the left of the offer. The prompts appear as an accordion on the left, one section per audience, with the first section already open.

Read a few prompts before choosing

Each card shows the opening of a prompt. The variations within one audience are deliberately different in approach — one aspirational, one showing the product, one more metaphorical.

Click a card to load its full prompt into the panel on the right.

Prompts written for a different audience are still worth reading. The one that suits your image may not be in the group you expected.

Adjust the prompt if you want to

The loaded prompt is editable in the Prompt box. You can tighten it, remove something that does not apply, or add a detail.

Copy Prompt puts it on your clipboard if you would rather use it somewhere else.

Choose variations and orientation

Number of Variations — between one and four. Each variation is a separate image and is charged separately, so start with one while you are still deciding on a prompt.

Image Orientation — square, landscape or portrait. Pick for where the image is going: landscape for an email header, portrait for a story, square for a feed post.

Generate

Choose Generate Image. The per-image cost and your current balance are shown above the form before you commit.

Generation takes a short while. The images appear on the page when they are ready, and are saved against the offer so they are still there when you come back.

Result

Your images are attached to the offer and available to download.

They are also stored as media assets in their own right, so you can use them anywhere in Zyntro that takes an image — an email, a website page, a social post.

Warning: Each variation is charged as its own image. Asking for four variations costs four times one. Generate a single image first, confirm the prompt is doing what you want, and only then ask for more.

Troubleshooting

The offer has not been through the enhancement. Visual frames can only come from a generated run — unlike email hooks, you cannot add them by hand.

No prompt is loaded. Click one of the prompt cards on the left first — the panel on the right stays in its waiting state until you do.

Check your wallet balance, which is shown above the form. If there is enough, try once more with a single variation. If it fails again, simplify the prompt — a very long or contradictory prompt is more likely to fail than a clear one.

The prompts are written from your recorded visual preferences, so a result that feels off-brand usually means those need attention. In the meantime, edit the prompt directly before generating.
