Offers and Deals

Where your discounts, deals and promotions live, and what Zyntro does with them.

An offer is a promotion you describe once — a discount, a free trial, a bundle, a first-month-free deal — which Zyntro then turns into finished copy and keeps on hand for the rest of the platform to use.

The reason offers exist as their own thing, rather than as text you paste into an email, is that Segmentation Intelligence needs something concrete to offer. SI spends its time deciding what to say to which contact and when. Without an offer on file, the most it can do is make a case for your business. With one, it has a specific, time-bound reason for a contact to act now, written in your brand's voice and with terms it can state accurately.

You reach this from Marketing > Offers & Deals.

How It All Fits Together

An offer sits between your brand setup and everything that communicates.

It draws from your brand: when Zyntro writes the finished copy, it reads your brand voice, your audience segments, your offerings and your pricing, so the wording and any value figures are yours rather than generic.

It feeds into your communication. Segmentation Intelligence receives your finished offers and can bring one into an email, an SMS or a video message when the moment fits. Separately, you can place an offer's exact wording into an email template or SMS yourself, using a smart tag.

An offer is not a checkout or a coupon engine. Zyntro holds the promotion, the terms and the code format, and writes the copy. Whatever system actually honours the deal — your signup page, your till, your booking process — stays where it is.

Key Concepts

Offer

The promotion itself: a name, a headline, what the customer gets, the terms, and how to claim it. One record you reuse everywhere.

Enhancement

An optional pass where Zyntro rewrites your draft into finished copy in your brand voice, and produces email hooks, social snippets and image prompts for each of your audiences. It is on by default.

Offer type

How the offer ends: on a fixed date, a set number of days after it is sent, while stock lasts, or never.

Status

Draft, Enhancing or Done. Only a Done offer is available to Segmentation Intelligence.

Email hooks

Short subject-line angles written per audience. These go to Segmentation Intelligence along with the offer, so its wording has somewhere to start.

Visual frames

Image prompts written per audience, which you can use to generate promotional images without writing a prompt yourself.

Capabilities

Describe the deal in plain language

Write what the customer gets, the terms and how to claim it. You do not need to write marketing copy — that is what the enhancement is for.

Get finished copy in your brand voice

Zyntro rewrites your draft reading your brand voice, audiences, offerings and pricing, and shows you its reasoning for each change beside it.

Edit anything it wrote

Every generated line is editable in place on the offer page. Your original draft is kept beside it so you can always see what changed.

Hand it to Segmentation Intelligence

A finished offer becomes available to SI, which can bring it into an email, SMS or video message when a contact's situation fits.

Place it yourself with a smart tag

Drop the offer's headline, description, terms or instructions into an email template or SMS and have it filled in at send time.

Generate promotional images

Each audience gets its own image prompts. Pick one, choose an orientation and how many variations, and generate.

Important: Only an offer marked Done with a description reaches Segmentation Intelligence. If you create an offer with the enhancement switched off, it is saved and marked Done but has no finished description, so SI will pass over it. Either run the enhancement or write the finished text yourself on the offer page and save.

Info: Offers here are separate from the offers you attach to a webinar. A webinar offer is its own library, shown on screen during a session with its own timing and countdown. These offers are for conversations and campaigns.
