SI Pricing and Wallet Usage

What SI costs, what counts as a pass, and how to monitor usage

Every time SI processes a contact — assembling context, invoking the AI, and making a decision — it costs credits from your Zyntro wallet. This applies regardless of the action outcome: whether SI sends an email, triggers a call, sends a micro-conversation, escalates to a human, or decides to skip. The AI was invoked, context was assembled, and a decision was made — that is the pass.

Pricing is tiered by your plan level, and you can see estimated costs in the Cost Estimates tab within SI Settings.

Pricing by Plan Tier

Plan Per SI Pass
Tier 4 $0.25
Tier 3 $0.22
Tier 2 $0.20
Tier 1 $0.18
Info: The **Cost Estimates** tab in **Settings > Segmentation Intelligence** shows the projected wallet cost based on your current configuration (contacts with SI enabled, cadence settings, and active channels). Use this to budget before enabling SI for additional contacts.

What Counts as an SI Pass

Email sent optional

SI composed and sent a personalized email → 1 pass

SMS sent optional

SI composed and sent an SMS → 1 pass

Call triggered optional

SI triggered a Phona outbound call → 1 pass

Micro-conversation optional

SI sent a brief RK-driven touch → 1 pass

Human handoff optional

SI decided to escalate to a human → 1 pass

Skip optional

SI evaluated the contact and decided to do nothing → 1 pass

QC review optional

The quality control review of an email or SMS is included in the same pass — not charged separately

Tip: To manage costs, focus on two levers: the number of contacts with auto-engage enabled (more contacts = more passes) and the communication frequency settings (higher frequency = more passes per contact per period). The Cost Estimates tab updates in real time as you adjust these settings.
Warning: Wallet charges are non-refundable per pass. If SI evaluates a contact and decides to skip, the pass is still charged — because the AI performed the analysis. Ensure your wallet has sufficient balance to cover expected SI activity. You can monitor your balance in **Me > Wallet**.
