Your First Session in Zyntro

Your system is configured. Here is how to explore what is been built for you.

If you are reading this, your Zyntro implementation is complete and you have received your login credentials. The Zyntro team has already configured your brand voice, audience segments, facts, philosophies, and visual preferences. You are not starting from zero\u2014you are stepping into a system that already understands your business.

This guide walks you through orientation: where things are, what has been set up, and where you take over.

Before You Begin

  • Login credentials from the Zyntro implementation team
  • Implementation complete (you have reviewed the Brand Book and approved your brand configuration)
  • 30-45 minutes of focused time

Steps

Log In and Orient Yourself

Navigate to app.zyntrohq.com and enter your credentials. You will land on the Dashboard. Take a moment to look at the top navigation. The key areas you will explore today are under Brand in the top navigation bar.

Explore Your Brand Voice

Click Brand in the top navigation, then Brand Intelligence > Brand Voice. This is the heart of your operating context.

You will see a sidebar with sections the implementation team has populated: Brand Vision, The Core Narrative, Brand Voice, Ideal Customer Profile, Persona, Audience Segments, Target Audience, Sales Approach, Sales Pitch, and Key Outcomes.

Click through each section and read what has been configured. This is the voice and narrative that SI references when it generates communications, evaluates contacts, and makes decisions on your behalf. Does it sound like you? If something feels off, note it\u2014you can adjust it directly or raise it with the implementation team.

Review Your Audience Segments

Navigate to Brand > Brand Intelligence > Audiences. Here you will see each audience segment the team defined during implementation.

Each segment includes pain points, decision drivers, tone of voice, and tags. These are the profiles SI uses to classify contacts and tailor communication. If you serve a niche that is not represented, or if a segment description does not feel accurate, you can add or edit segments here.

Review Brand Facts and Philosophies

Navigate to Brand > Brand Intelligence > Facts. This section contains verified facts about your business, organized by category. You will see Fact Categories, Safe Phrases (language SI is encouraged to use), and Phrases to Avoid (language SI should never use). Each fact and phrase has per-content-type weight sliders that control how heavily SI applies them in different contexts.

Then check Philosophies under the same menu. These are the guiding principles that shape how SI approaches communication and decision-making for your brand.

This is an area where you can add value immediately. The implementation team captured the core, but you know nuances they may have missed. Add facts about recent wins, new partnerships, or industry positions. Flag phrases that your brand would never use.

Explore Visual Preferences

Navigate to Brand > Preferences > Visual Preferences. You will find sections for Color Preferences, Composition Preferences, Aesthetic Vibe, Image Styles, Styles to Avoid, and Visual Metaphors.

The visual metaphors section is worth special attention. These were not manually created by the implementation team\u2014Zyntro's AI generated them from your brand data. They are used by Webby (the website builder), curated resources, and AI image generation throughout the platform. Review them to ensure they resonate with how you see your brand visually.

Also check Colors and Typography and Social Channels under Preferences to see the visual identity that has been configured.

Check Your Brand Book

Navigate to Brand > Brand Intelligence > Brand Book. This is the same Brand Book you reviewed during implementation, but now you can see it from inside the platform.

The Brand Book has several controls: a Third-Party Access Code for sharing with outside collaborators, toggles for Allow Third-Party Comments, Enable LLM Friendly URL (which lets other AI systems read your brand book), and Let search engines index this brand book. You can also toggle which sections are visible: Brand Voice, Brand Facts, Audiences, Philosophies, Offerings, CRM Custom Fields, Visual Preferences, and Colors And Typography.

This is a living document. As you refine your brand, the Brand Book updates automatically.

Identify What Needs Your Attention

Now that you have seen what has been configured, here is what typically needs your hands-on involvement:

Offerings (Wares): This is the big one. Navigate to Brand > Offerings. The implementation team may have started this section, but defining your products and services in detail is where you take over. This is covered in the next article.

Brand Facts: Add anything the implementation team missed. Recent case studies, specific metrics, industry positions, competitive differentiators.

Audience Segments: If you have niche segments the team did not capture, add them.

Visual Preferences: If the AI-generated visual metaphors do not feel right, adjust them.

Everything else\u2014brand voice, core narrative, philosophies, communication guidelines\u2014is already solid from implementation. You can fine-tune, but the heavy lifting is done.

Result

You have now toured your entire brand configuration. You know where your voice is defined, where audience segments live, how facts and philosophies shape SI behavior, and what your visual identity looks like. Most importantly, you know which areas are ready to go and which ones need your input.

The core loop is already in motion: your brand defines the context, SI references it for every decision, and the system operates within the boundaries your implementation team established. Your job now is to refine, add depth, and\u2014most importantly\u2014define your Offerings.

Tip: Do not try to perfect everything on day one. The brand configuration from implementation is a strong foundation. Spend your first week exploring, noting things you want to adjust, and focusing on your Offerings. Refinement is ongoing\u2014Zyntro's AI will keep learning from your adjustments.
