Sharing and Embedding Artefacts

Public URLs, embed codes, and contact tracking for every artefact

Before You Begin

Every published artefact has two sharing options: a public URL for direct access and an embed code for website integration. Both support contact identification for tracking.

Access sharing options from Library > Artefacts > My Artefacts — click any published artefact card to open the detail drawer.

Steps

Open the artefact detail drawer

On the My Artefacts page, click any published artefact card. A drawer slides open showing:

  • Interaction metrics — Interactions, Completions, Completion Rate
  • Embed Code — A pre-formatted iframe tag ready to copy
  • Public URL — A direct link to the artefact

Both have a Copy button for one-click clipboard access.

Copy the Public URL and share it directly — in emails, social media posts, SMS messages, proposals, or anywhere you send links. The visitor sees the artefact with your brand header and a Zyntro footer.

To track a specific contact, append `?contact_id=CONTACT_UUID` to the URL. When SI shares an artefact link in an email, this parameter is added automatically.

The public URL works for anyone — the visitor does not need a Zyntro account. It is a standalone, fully rendered experience.

Embed on a website

Copy the Embed Code and paste it into any webpage’s HTML. The code is a standard iframe tag:

The embed includes `?embed=true` which activates embed mode — hiding the brand header and Zyntro footer for a cleaner integration that looks native to your website.

Adjust the `width` and `height` attributes to fit your page layout. The artefact is responsive within the iframe.

Embed mode provides a chrome-free experience that blends into your website design. The artefact uses your brand colors and fonts, so it looks like a native part of your site.

Use with SI via Curated Resources

To make an artefact available to SI for autonomous sharing:

1. Add the published artefact as a Curated Resource in Library > Curated Resources
2. SI will include it in its content arsenal and share it with relevant contacts when appropriate
3. When SI shares the link, it automatically appends the contact’s ID for tracking

This creates a self-sustaining engagement loop: SI shares the artefact → contact interacts → data flows back to CRM → SI uses the data for better personalization.

Result

Your artefact is accessible via URL and/or embedded on your website. Visitor interactions are tracked automatically, and identified contacts receive profile enrichment and engagement signals on completion.

Tip: Embed artefacts on high-traffic pages: your pricing page (ROI calculator), your services page (readiness assessment), your blog (interactive benchmarks). Each embedded artefact captures data from every visitor who engages — turning passive page views into active intelligence gathering.
