Scoping from Offerings and Audiences
The second place scope gets set.
The drawer in the Library is not the only way to decide who a resource is for. You can also work from the other end: open an offering or an audience segment and attach resources to it there.
This is often the more natural direction. When you are writing up an offering, you know exactly which graphic belongs to it.
Steps
Open the offering or the audience segment
Attachment points sit beside the thing they belong to — on an offering as a whole, on an individual feature of it, or on an audience segment.
Attach resources
The picker shows resources already in your library alongside raw files and videos that are not curated yet. Choosing one of those adds it to the library as you attach it.
Check it in the Library
Back in Curated Resources, the resource's card now shows that offering or segment as its scope. Hovering the badge says where the scope was set.
Result
The resource is scoped, and SI ranks it exactly as if you had set the scope in the drawer. The two methods add together: a resource can carry scope from both, and the full set is what counts.
Info: Attaching to an individual feature of an offering records the connection for your brand material, but it does not promote the resource for that offering when SI is choosing what to send. To get that, attach it to the offering itself, or set Product Scope in the drawer.
