Managing your offers

Reading the list, and deleting safely.

Marketing > Offers & Deals lists every offer for the current brand, newest first. It is where you check what state an offer is in and retire the ones you have finished with.

Steps

Read the list

Each row shows the offer's name, its headline, its status, when it was created, and its expiry rule with the term beside it — so a rolling offer reads as its type plus the number of days.

Check the status badge

Done — finished. Available to Segmentation Intelligence, provided it has a description, and selectable when inserting a smart tag.

Enhancing — the generation is running. Give it a couple of minutes.

Draft — created, but the generation did not complete. Your own text is intact. Open it and either write the finished copy yourself or create the offer again.

A Done badge means the record is complete, not that it necessarily has copy. If you created it without the enhancement, open it and check.

Open an offer to review it

View opens the full offer page: the before and after columns, the email hooks, the social snippets and the visual frames, with everything editable.

Delete an offer you no longer run

Delete asks you to confirm, naming the offer, and then removes it.

Do this for an offer whose date has passed. Nothing retires an expired offer on its own, and an offer that stays on file stays available to Segmentation Intelligence — so an out-of-date deal left in the list can still be mentioned to a customer.

Deleting cannot be undone. There is no archive to recover from.

Result

The list holds the offers you actually run, each in a state you understand.

Any images you generated from an offer's visual frames are not removed with it — they are media assets in their own right and stay in your library.

Worth reviewing every so often

  • Offers whose fixed expiry date has passed — delete or rewrite them
  • Offers sitting at Draft — finish them or remove them
  • Offers marked Done that were created without the enhancement — check they have a description
  • Terms that have drifted from what you actually honour

Troubleshooting

The list shows offers for the brand you are currently in. If you work with more than one brand, check you are in the right one.

The run did not report back. Create the offer again. If it happens twice, contact support with the offer name.

The offer has already been removed, perhaps in another tab. Reload the list.

It cannot be restored. Create it again — and if it was referenced by a smart tag in a template, insert a fresh tag for the new offer, because the old tag names a record that no longer exists.
