Generating Webinar Graphics

Review the brief, then make the pictures.

Webinar graphics works in two stages. First it writes image prompts from your webinar's content and your brand; then you review those prompts and generate the images.

The two-stage shape is the point — it is much cheaper to fix a prompt than to regenerate a set of images.

Steps

Generate the image prompts

Your webinar's content and brand context are analysed to propose what the images should show.

Read the prompts before generating anything

This is the step worth your attention. A prompt that has misunderstood the session will produce images that look fine and say the wrong thing.

Generate the images

Once the prompts are right. Previously generated graphics are kept on the same screen, so you can come back to them.

Use them where they help

The registration page and your promotion of the session are the obvious places.

Result

A set of images that match the webinar and your brand, with the prompts that produced them kept alongside — so a near miss can be adjusted rather than re-described from scratch.

Warning: Image generation is billed per image. Reviewing the prompts properly is the cheapest quality control available to you — regenerating a whole set because a prompt was wrong costs real money.
