Collecting Feedback

A rating, and the sentence that explains it.

Attendees can be sent to a feedback page that asks for a star rating and, optionally, a comment. It is styled like the rest of your webinar pages and takes a few seconds to complete.

Steps

Point attendees at it when the session ends

The Redirections tab on the webinar decides where attendees go at the end, which is the natural moment to ask.

The rating is one click. The comment is optional on purpose — requiring it costs you most of your responses.

Read the comments, not just the average

A handful of sentences about what was unclear is worth more than the score. The score tells you whether there is a problem; the comments tell you what it is.

Feedback is recorded against the registrant, so you can see who said what alongside how much of the session they watched. A low rating from someone who watched the whole thing means something quite different from one from someone who left after two minutes.

Info: Whether an attendee gave feedback is also recorded as part of their engagement, so it counts as a signal of interest in its own right — regardless of what they said.
