Edge Dashboard

Monitor all billing revenue in real time

Before You Begin

  • At least one completed payment in Edge

The Edge dashboard gives you a real-time view of all billing activity across invoices, subscriptions, and trigger billing. This guide walks through reading the summary cards, applying filters, and drilling into individual transactions.

Steps

Open the Dashboard

Navigate to Operations > Edge > Dashboard. The dashboard loads with your revenue overview.

Read the Summary Cards

Four cards across the top show: Total Revenue (all sources combined), Invoice Revenue, Subscription Revenue, and Trigger Revenue. Each shows the total amount for the selected time period.

Set the Date Range

Use the Date Range filter to change the period: Today, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, or a custom date range. The summary cards and table update immediately.

Filter by Source

Use the Source filter to show only specific revenue types: All, Invoice, Subscription, Trigger, or Manual. This is useful when you want to see, for example, only trigger billing revenue.

Filter by Status

Use the Status filter: All, Confirmed (payment completed), Pending (awaiting payment or client action), Refunded, or Disputed.

Browse the Revenue Table

Below the cards, the revenue table shows individual transactions: date, contact name, amount, transaction fee, net amount, source, payment method, gateway reference, and status. Each row is one payment.

View Transaction Details

Click any row to expand it. The detail view shows the linked entity (invoice ID, subscription ID, or trigger enrollment ID), the gateway transaction reference (Stripe Payment Intent ID or PayPal order ID), and for trigger revenue, the trigger mode, billable item, and capture mode.

Result

You can now monitor revenue across all billing modes, filter to find specific transactions, and drill into any payment for full details.

Tip: Bookmark the Edge dashboard as your daily billing check. The summary cards update in real time as payments come in.
