Tracking Revenue in Edge

Filter, analyze, and export billing income from all sources

Before You Begin

  • At least one completed payment in Edge

Every payment in Edge — from invoices, subscriptions, triggers, or manual entries — writes a row to the revenue ledger. The revenue table gives you a single view of all billing income with filtering by source, status, and date range.

Steps

Open the revenue dashboard

Navigate to Edge → Revenue from the left sidebar to open the revenue table.

Read the table

Each row represents a payment. Columns include amount, source, status, date, contact, and payment method.

Filter by source

Use the Source filter to view only payments from a specific origin: `invoice`, `subscription`, `trigger`, `manual`, `stripe`, or `paypal`.

Filter by status

Use the Status filter to narrow to `confirmed`, `pending`, `refunded`, or `disputed` payments.

Filter by date range

Set a start and end date to view revenue within a specific period.

View payment details

Click any row to see the full payment record including transaction fees, net amount, payment method, and reference ID.

View trigger details

For trigger-generated revenue, the detail view shows the `rev_trigger_id` linking back to the originating trigger.

Export to CSV

Click Export to download the current filtered view as a CSV file for reporting or accounting.

Result

You can track all billing income from a single table, filter to any slice of data, and export for external reporting.

Tip: Revenue from `client_confirm` triggers starts with a `pending` status and moves to `confirmed` once the client completes payment via the Pay Now link.
