Prerequisites

Set Up Calendar Sync on iPhone or iPad

Five steps in Settings, using the Calendar app you already have.

Before You Begin

Apple's Calendar app supports this kind of connection natively, so there is nothing to install. The whole thing happens in Settings and takes a couple of minutes.

Use the Server (iOS / macOS) form of the address — the bare name, with no https:// and no trailing slash. The full link will not work here.

Steps

Open Calendar settings

Open Settings, search for Calendar, and tap it.

Add an account

Tap Calendar Accounts, then Add Account.

Choose CalDAV

Scroll past the named providers to Add Other Account…, then choose CalDAV Account.

It is below the familiar names, so keep scrolling — this is the step people stop short on.

Enter your details

Four fields:

  • Server — the Server (iOS / macOS) address from Zyntro, as a bare name.
  • Username — the email address you use for Zyntro.
  • Password — the app password you generated.
  • Description — a label for the account, such as Zyntro Calendar.

Tap Next, and your device checks the connection.

If it refuses, the usual causes are the full link pasted into Server instead of the bare name, or an app password that was mistyped rather than pasted.

Save the account

Leave Calendars switched on and tap Save.

Your Zyntro calendars appear in the Calendar app shortly afterwards.

Result

Your Zyntro calendars are in the Calendar app, and the connection is two-way: a booking that arrives in Zyntro shows on your phone, and an appointment you add on your phone blocks that time in Zyntro.

That second half is the valuable one — it means your booking pages stop offering time you have quietly committed elsewhere.

Tip: Set this up on the device you actually check. The point is not having your calendar in two places; it is that whatever you add on the move protects your availability without you remembering to copy it across.
