Exporting Contacts
Download your contact data in CSV or JSON format
Before You Begin
- Admin access to your Zyntro account
Export your contacts for backup, migration, or external analysis. Access the export from Sales > CRM > Contacts > Export Contacts.
Steps
Choose export options
The export page shows three controls:
- Export Notes (toggle, enabled by default) — include contact notes in the export
- Export Profile Data (toggle, disabled by default) — include AI profile data records
- Format (dropdown) — CSV or JSON
The page shows the count of contacts that will be exported.
Notes and profile data can only be exported in JSON format. If you enable either toggle, the format automatically switches to JSON.
Download
Click the export button. The file downloads to your device. For large contact bases, export may take a moment to generate.
Result
Your contact data is downloaded in the selected format, ready for backup, migration, or external use.
Tip:
Use JSON export when migrating to another system or creating a backup that preserves the full data structure. Use CSV when you need a quick spreadsheet for analysis or sharing.
