What Lens Does

Prospecting that runs on a schedule and argues its own case for every lead

Lens is Zyntro's B2B lead acquisition engine. You describe the kind of company and the kind of person you want to reach. Lens then searches for people matching that description, finds and verifies their contact details, scores each one against what you said you were looking for, and files the ones that fit as contacts in your CRM — each with a personalised first-touch email already composed and queued.

It runs as a stream: a standing instruction that acquires a set number of leads per day, on the days and during the hours you choose, until you stop it.

You will find it under Lens in the main navigation, which holds three screens — Dashboard, My Streams and New Stream.

Key Concepts

Stream

A standing lead acquisition instruction — the targeting, the daily volume, the schedule and the objective, all saved together. Streams run until you pause them or they hit an end condition.

Acquisition stream

A stream that searches for new people and pays to reveal their contact details. This is the normal kind.

Feeder stream

A stream that never searches and never buys anything. It exists to receive leads you move out of another stream's quarantine queue, and re-scores them against a broader objective.

Qualification

An AI scoring pass that runs on every acquired lead, marking it out of 100 across ten weighted criteria and writing out its reasoning for each one.

Quarantine

Where a lead goes when it scores below your threshold. Nothing is sent to a quarantined lead. It waits for you to push it through, move it to a different stream, or discard it.

Threshold

The score a lead must reach to be pushed to your CRM and contacted. You set it per stream, anywhere from 20 to 90.

Capabilities

Targeted search

Filter by industry, company location and size, job title, seniority, keywords and market segment. Advanced filters add technologies in use, revenue range, the person's own location, and named company domains.

Verified contact details

Every email address is checked rather than guessed, and carries a status you can see. Premium targeting also reveals a direct phone number.

Company enrichment

Headcount, revenue, founding year, description, technology stack and keywords arrive with the lead, so outreach can refer to the business as it actually is.

Per-lead qualification

Each lead is scored out of 100 across ten criteria, with written reasoning for every one, a plain-language verdict, and a suggested angle for the conversation.

A quarantine you can act on

Leads that do not fit are held back rather than contacted. You can read the full reasoning and then push the lead through, move it to a better-fitting stream, or discard it.

Automatic first touch

A qualified lead becomes a CRM contact, is allocated to an owner, and receives a personalised first-touch email sent as one of your AI communicators — optionally entering a full follow-up sequence.

Honest cost reporting

Every figure Lens shows for spend comes from the actual record of what was debited from your wallet, not from an estimate or a counter.

Outcome projections

Before you activate a stream, model the funnel out to twelve months or more using your own deal value, meeting rate, close rate and sales cycle.

How It All Fits Together

Most of the work Lens does would otherwise be spread across a list-building tool, a data provider, an email verification service, a spreadsheet where someone decides which leads are worth keeping, and a sequencing tool. Lens does all of it in one place, which is what lets the qualification step be useful: it can score a lead against your actual audience segments and your actual offerings, because those already live in Zyntro.

That also means an acquired lead is not a row waiting to be imported. It is a contact in your CRM, owned by a member of your team, with its reasoning attached, already in conversation.

Important: Lens is for business-to-business prospecting. It searches for people in the context of the company they work for — their role, their seniority, their employer's industry and size. If you sell to consumers rather than to businesses, Lens is not the right tool.
