The SMS Broadcasts Screen
What is on the list, and what each control does.
Communications > SMS > Broadcasts lists every text campaign in the brand you are working in, newest first. It is where campaigns are created, and where you pause, resume or open one.

Actions, and when each appears
| Action | Available when | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| View | Always | Opens the campaign page: counters, settings and the per-contact delivery table. |
| Edit | The campaign is a draft | Reopens the wizard. Once scheduled, a campaign cannot be edited. |
| Pause | The campaign is generating or sending | Stops it writing and queueing more. Messages already handed to delivery still go out. |
| Resume | The campaign is paused | Picks up where it stopped, still obeying the send window and days. |
Info: The list is per brand. Switching brand changes which campaigns you see.
