Adding a Resource
From Add Resource to something SI can use.
Add Resource opens a drawer on the right. The form changes with the type you pick, so choose the type first — switching it afterwards clears the fields that no longer apply.
Before You Begin
- For a graphic or an attachment, the file should already be in your library — or be ready to generate one.
- For a video, it must have finished processing and show as Ready.
- To scope to an audience, that segment must be Approved.
Steps
Choose the Resource Type
The rest of the form follows from this. Picking Rich Block takes you out to the Rich Block Editor instead, because those are built visually.
Give it a title
This is what you will recognise it by in the list, and what appears in pickers elsewhere in Zyntro. It is required.
Point it at the thing
For a graphic, Browse Media Library or Generate with AI. For an attachment, Browse Files. For a video, pick from the grid. For a link or an embed, paste the URL. For a text block or a code block, write the content.
Write the LLM Description
Optional in the form, and the single most valuable thing you can fill in. Without it the AI has only your title to go on. This is covered properly in its own article.
Set Product Scope
All products keeps it eligible everywhere. Specific reveals a chip for each of your offerings — select at least one. Archived offerings are not offered here.
Set Audience Scope
All audiences, or Specific to tie it to one or more Approved segments. Be deliberate: scoping to an audience also keeps the resource away from every other audience.
Save Resource
The resource appears in the grid immediately, with badges showing its type and its scope.
Result
The resource is live. From this point SI can choose it when it writes to someone the scope matches, and it is available in the resource pickers on deal pages and elsewhere.
To change or remove it, click its card. The same drawer reopens with a Delete button on the left.
Troubleshooting
Only videos marked Ready can be picked. If it is still processing, wait for it to finish and reopen the drawer.
You chose Specific for Product or Audience Scope without ticking anything. Either pick one or switch back to All.
That browser deliberately hides images and video. If what you want is an image, use the Graphic type instead.
