Files & Folders
One place for the images, documents, video and audio your brand works with.
Library > Files & Folders is your brand's file store. Everything you upload lands here, and so does a good deal that arrives on its own — images generated for your content, documents attached through forms, logos, recordings.
It works the way a file browser works: a folder tree down the left, the files in the current folder in the middle, and a detail panel on the right when you select one. What is different is what happens to the files afterwards. They are not just stored — they are available to the rest of Zyntro, which is why tagging them matters more here than it would in an ordinary drive.
Capabilities
Folders, nested as deep as you need
Up to eight levels. Each folder shows how many files it holds — its own count when expanded, and everything beneath it when collapsed.
Upload by dropping or browsing
Drag files straight onto the file area, or use Upload. Several go at once, with progress, cancel and retry in a panel that survives moving around the screen.
Select in bulk, move or delete together
Shift-click for a range, Cmd or Ctrl-click to add one. A bar appears with Move and Delete as soon as anything is selected.
A shareable URL for files that need one
Files in folders on the public delivery service carry a URL you can copy from the detail panel and use anywhere — a website, an email, a message.
Tags that make files usable by agents
A tagged image or PDF can be found and used by Zyntro's AI when it writes and builds. An untagged one largely cannot.
How It All Fits Together
Files here are not a dead archive. They are the raw material the rest of the platform draws on:
- Website and content pull images and graphics from here.
- Email and messaging reference documents and images you point them at.
- Segmentation Intelligence can use a tagged asset when it decides what to send someone — but only if it can tell what the asset is.
- Forms file their uploads here automatically, into the brand's Forms folder.
That last point is the reason the screen nags you about tags. A folder of files named IMG_4471.jpg is invisible to anything that might have used them.
Key Concepts
Every file in the brand, whatever folder it is in. The default view, and the one place you cannot upload into — a file has to land somewhere specific.
Files that belong to no folder. Usually older files, or ones that arrived before a folder existed for them.
Each folder is set, when it is created, to one of two services: a public delivery network that gives every file a shareable URL, or private storage for documents. The choice is per folder, not per file.
A folder Zyntro created and relies on — Images, Documents, Logos, Forms and others. You can add to them and nest inside them, but you cannot delete them.
Short descriptions of what a file is and shows. They are what lets an AI agent find the right asset rather than no asset.
