Public Video Pages

Each playable video has its own page on the web. Nobody needs a Zyntro account to watch it, and you do not have to build anything for it to exist — the page is there as soon as the video is Ready.

Find the link from the library: the chain icon in a video's row opens the page in a new tab. Copy the address from there to share it.

What the page shows

Element Where it comes from
Page heading Your brand name
Video title The title on the video's Appearance Settings
The player Starts playing automatically, muted, with subtitles available
Thumbnail The frame you chose with the Thumbnail Time slider
Page background The video's Background colour
Heading colour The video's Secondary colour
Link colour The video's Accent colour
Text under the player The description — shown only if one exists
Footer A Zyntro credit

How the page behaves

It plays on arrival, muted — The video begins as soon as the page loads, with the sound off. The visitor turns the sound on if they want it. This affects what your viewing figures mean — see the note below.
It previews properly when shared — The page carries a share card built from the video's title, its summary and its thumbnail. Pasting the link into a message, a chat or a social post shows that card rather than a bare URL.
Search engines can read it — The page includes structured information describing the video — its name, description, thumbnail and duration — in the form search engines expect for video content.
Visits are recorded — The page carries your tracking, so a visit is attributed the same way a visit to any of your pages is, and feeds the same picture of what a contact has been looking at.
A video that is not Ready does not play — If the video is still being prepared, the page says so instead of showing a broken player. Wait for Ready before sharing the link.

Important: A video's public page is reachable by anyone who has the link. There is no password and no sign-in. Marking a video private does not change this — it controls which parts of Zyntro may use the video, not who can open the page. For anything genuinely confidential, treat the link itself as the only control and share it accordingly.

Tip: Because the page uses the video's own colours, a video destined for a public page is worth setting up properly. The background colour fills the whole page, not just the area behind the player, so a colour that looked fine behind a small embed can be overwhelming here. Open the page once after setting the colours.

Info: The description shown under the player is the one Zyntro wrote from the transcript, editable on the video's settings page. If a video has no description, the page simply shows the player with nothing beneath it — which is fine, but a paragraph of context usually earns its space.
