Adding Your Video

Upload once, then let it process.

A pre-recorded webinar is its video. Until one is uploaded and processed, the webinar shows Needs Video on the list and nobody can watch it.

Steps

Open the Video tab

On a pre-recorded webinar. Live webinars have no Video tab — they are recorded as they happen instead.

Upload the file

The upload runs first, then processing begins on its own. Both are shown as steps so you can see which stage you are at.

Leave it to process

Processing takes longer on longer recordings. The page checks progress by itself and moves on when the video is ready, so you do not need to refresh — and you can navigate away without losing the work.

Check the badge

On My Webinars the Setup column turns to Video Ready. That is the signal that the webinar can actually be watched.

Result

With the video ready, the webinar can take registrations and be watched. The video's real length is what governs the session, whatever the duration field says — the duration is there to tell registrants what to expect.

Troubleshooting

The page stops checking after a while rather than polling forever. Reopen the webinar — the state shown there is the real one. If it reports an error, upload the file again.

The upload finished but processing has not. Only a processed video counts as ready.

Upload a new one from the same tab. Anyone who has already registered will see the new recording, so re-timing attached polls and offers is worth checking afterwards.
