Scheduling a Webinar
A date, nothing, or a pattern.
Scheduling means three different things here, depending on the type. One webinar has a start time, one has none, and one has a rule for generating them.
By type
Live
A date and time
optional
Set the start, the timezone and the duration. The timezone is stored with the webinar and is what registrants see, so set it to where the session is being run from rather than leaving the default.
Evergreen
Nothing to set
optional
The schedule step says the webinar is always available. Registrants can watch the moment they sign up.
Just-in-Time
A slot pattern
optional
You describe when sessions may run and Zyntro generates the actual times for each visitor in their own timezone.
Just-in-Time settings
| Setting | What it does | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Days of week | Which days sessions may run at all. | Monday to Friday |
| Daily window | The earliest and latest a session may start, in the visitor's own time. | 09:00 to 21:00 |
| Gap between slots | How far apart the offered start times are. | 15 minutes |
| Maximum slots per day | How many start times a visitor may be offered. | Set by you |
Info: The Just-in-Time window is read in each visitor's own timezone, not yours. A 09:00 to 21:00 window means everyone is offered reasonable local times — you do not need a separate webinar per region.
