The Webinar Editor
Where each setting lives.
Opening a webinar for editing gives you a column of tabs down the left. Some carry a badge: a number for how many polls, offers or handouts are attached, and ON for a feature you have switched on.
Two tabs are conditional, which is worth knowing before you go looking for one that is not there.
The tabs
| Tab | What it controls | Shown |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Info | Title, headline, brief, duration. | Always |
| Schedule | The date and time, or the slot pattern. | Always |
| Video | The recording and its processing state. | Pre-recorded only |
| Polls | Which polls are attached and when they appear. | Always |
| Offers | Which offers are attached and when they appear. | Always |
| Handouts | Files attendees can download, and from when. | Always |
| Live Chat | Whether attendees can chat, which widget answers, and webinar-specific context for it. | Pre-recorded only |
| Registration Styles | How the registration page looks. | Always |
| Follow-up | What happens after someone watches. | Always |
| Redirections | Where attendees are sent at the end. | Always |
| Registration | Opens the full registration settings screen. | Always |
Info: Live Chat is only offered on pre-recorded webinars. A live webinar is held on Google Meet, which has its own chat and its own participant list, so a second chat on the Zyntro page would compete with it.
What the badges mean
A number
Polls, Offers, Handouts
optional
How many are attached. A zero-count tab is not hidden, so an empty Polls tab means none are attached rather than none existing.
ON
Live Chat, Follow-up, Redirections
optional
The feature is configured and active. Its absence means the tab has been left at its default.
