Sharing Assets in a Live Session
A link to paste, or a code to show.
Timed assets work because a pre-recorded session is played on a Zyntro page that can put a poll on the screen. A live session is not — your attendees are in Google Meet.
So for live webinars, each asset gets a link and a QR code you share yourself.
Steps
Open the real-time assets screen for the webinar
It lists each shareable asset with its own URL and a QR code, and tells you whether a poll is set to show live responses or simulated ones.
Share the link in the meeting
Paste the URL into the Google Meet chat at the point you want people to use it.
Or show the QR code
Screenshare it. This works better for an audience on laptops who will answer on their phones, and it is the more reliable option when people are not watching the chat.
Use the presenter views
Each asset has a presenter-facing view as well as the attendee one, so you can show results on screen while people answer.
Result
Live attendees can answer polls and leave feedback, and their responses are recorded against them exactly as they would be on a pre-recorded session.
Info: The QR code is the more dependable route in a live session. Chat messages scroll away and latecomers never see them; a code on screen is there for as long as you leave it up.
