Promoting a Webinar with Widgets
Copy, paste, and the countdown runs.
Webinar Widgets gives you blocks of HTML to paste into your own site. They are self-contained, so they work on a Zyntro site or anywhere else you can add markup.
The widgets
| Widget | What it shows | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Countdown | Adapts to the webinar's type on its own — the next slot with a choice of times for Just-in-Time, or a countdown to the start in the visitor's local timezone for a live session. | The one to reach for by default |
| Just-in-Time countdown | A standalone countdown with slot choices, built for embedding in a frame. | A tight space on a landing page |
| Offer countdown | The expiry countdown for the webinar's attached offer. | Keeping urgency alive after the session |
| Webinar snippet | Rebuilds the top of the registration page — the countdown bar, the hero media and the headline. | Promoting the webinar inside an existing page |
Worth knowing
Local times, automatically
Countdowns
optional
A countdown shows the visitor their own local time. You do not need a variant per region.
Slot choices are live
Just-in-Time
optional
The times offered in the widget are generated the same way as on the registration page, so they are always the next real sessions.

The snippet carries the identifiers that tie it to the right webinar. Editing it by hand is how it stops working.
