Offers
The ask, timed and bounded.
An offer is the thing you want attendees to do next. It lives in Webinar Offers and is reusable, so one offer can run across many sessions.
The offer holds the content; the webinar holds the timing.
What an offer contains
| Field | Required | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Yes | What the offer is called. |
| Fulfilment URL | Yes | Where an attendee goes when they take it. The one field the offer cannot work without. |
| Description | No | What they are getting. |
| Value | No | A monetary value, for offers where showing what it is worth helps. |
| Call-to-action text | No | The button's wording. Defaults to “Get This Offer”; something specific does better. |
| Image or video | No | Visual support for the offer. |
Steps
Create the offer
Content only. Timing is not part of the offer.
Let AI draft the marketing copy if you want it
Offer intelligence writes a headline, description, benefits, a reason why and a call to action from your brand and your offerings. Treat it as a strong first draft.
Attach it to a webinar and set the window
When it appears and when it goes away. Leaving the start empty means you trigger it yourself; leaving the end empty means it stays until the session finishes.
Add a countdown if urgency helps
An optional countdown timer on the offer itself. Zero means no countdown.
Decide about replays and expiry
Offers show in replays by default. Expiry is never, a fixed date, or a number of days after they attended — the last one gives each attendee the same window from their own session.
Result
The offer appears when you want it to, and whether each attendee saw it and whether they clicked it are both recorded against them. Those two facts are the most commercially useful thing a webinar produces.
Info: Days after attendance is usually the right expiry. A fixed date means somebody who watches an evergreen webinar a month later gets an offer that has already expired, which is a worse experience than no offer.
Troubleshooting
If no start time was set, it waits to be triggered manually. Set a start time if you want it to appear on its own.
Switch the expiry to days after attendance, so each viewer's window starts when they watched.
Check when it appeared against where people stop watching. An offer shown after most of your audience has left is timing, not copy.
