Configuring Edge Settings

Set up invoice, subscription, and trigger billing defaults

Before You Begin

  • A Zyntro account with admin access

Edge settings are organized into three tabs: Invoices, Subscriptions, and Trigger Billing. Each controls defaults and behavior for that billing mode.

Steps

Open Edge Settings

Navigate to Operations > Edge > Settings. Three tabs appear: Invoices, Subscriptions, Trigger Billing.

Configure Invoices

On the Invoices tab: set your invoice prefix, default payment terms (days until due), tax rate, company details, and email template. These apply to all new invoices including auto-invoices from trigger billing.

Configure Subscriptions

On the Subscriptions tab: set retry policy (retries and delay), grace period, subscriber notifications, and proration behavior for mid-cycle changes.

Configure Trigger Billing

On the Trigger Billing tab: set Cooldown Period (default 60 seconds), Max Consecutive Failures (default 3), Minimum Initial Charge (default $15.00), Max Capture Default (default $500.00), and Default Capture Mode (off_session or client_confirm).

Save

Click Save on each tab. A toast notification confirms the save. Changes apply to future operations — existing invoices, subscriptions, and enrollments are not retroactively changed.

Result

Your Edge settings are configured across all three billing modes.

Tip: The Invoice and Subscription tabs embed the same settings from the legacy sections. If you have already configured those, your settings are already here.
