The Contacts Dashboard

Your contact list with sorting, filtering, and quick SI controls

Before You Begin

  • At least one contact in your CRM

The contacts dashboard is your primary view of all contacts. It shows everyone in your CRM in a sortable, filterable table with key data columns and per-contact controls.

Access it from Sales > CRM > Contacts.

Steps

View the contact list

The dashboard shows a table with columns: Name (with DNC badge if applicable, entity label in B2B mode), Email (with verification badge), Phone (with verification badge), Role, Stage (current pipeline stage), Source, and Auto Engage (toggle switch).

Contacts are paginated at 100 per page. Click column headers to sort.

Use the quick actions bar

The top-right contains buttons for:
- Add New Contact — Opens the manual contact creation form
- Card Scanner — Opens the business card scanner
- Import Contacts — Opens the import wizard (CSV or JSON)
- Export Headers — Downloads field headers for import template preparation
- Custom Fields — Links to field management settings

Toggle auto-engage directly

Each contact row has an Auto Engage toggle. Flip it to enroll or remove a contact from SI processing — without opening the contact detail page. This is the fastest way to enable SI for specific contacts.

Enabling auto-engage requires the contact to have at least one verified channel (email or phone). If neither is verified, SI has no way to reach them.

Filter from the dashboard

Click the dashboard filter icon or navigate from the Contacts Dashboard cards to filter by status, country, date range, source, or engagement metrics. Filtered views show the count of matching contacts.

Open a contact

Click any contact’s name to open their full detail page with all seven tabs and the right sidebar.

Result

You can now navigate your contact list, sort by any column, toggle SI engagement directly, and access all contact management features from the dashboard.
