The Meeting Details Screen

Card by card, including the ones that only sometimes appear.

Open any meeting from the Meetings list and you land here. The screen is in two columns: the meeting itself and its results on the left, and the people and the Observer on the right.

Several cards are conditional — they appear only when there is something to put in them. A meeting with no intelligence yet is a much shorter screen than a processed one, and that is normal rather than a sign of a problem.

The header

Item What it shows
Title and badges The meeting title, a Video Meeting or Regular Meeting badge, and the status — Upcoming, In Progress or Completed.
Date The full date, in the meeting's own timezone.
Time Start and end with the timezone shown. On a meeting across timezones, the attendee's local time appears underneath on a second line.
Duration In minutes under an hour, otherwise hours and minutes.
Attendees A count of the people recorded on the meeting.
Google Meet or Location A Join Meeting button for a video meeting that has not finished, which becomes Meeting Ended afterwards. For other meetings, the location or the call details.

The two buttons, top right

Back to Meetings — Returns to the list.
Delete Meeting — Removes the meeting and everything held against it, including the transcript and the intelligence. The note already written onto a contact's record is a separate record and stays.

The left column

Card What it shows When it appears
Recover Meeting Intelligence Three ways to supply a recording, video or transcript, and process the meeting. Only on a meeting that has finished and produced no intelligence.
Meeting Summary The factual summary, written for the record. The same text is what reaches the contact's note. Once processed.
Team Debrief The summary written for you — outcomes, decisions, and where the relationship stands. The same text your debrief email carries. Once processed.
Summary for Attendee A summary written as you, to the person you met. This is what the attendee summary email sends if you have it switched on. Once processed.
Meeting Intelligence The sentiment and engagement scores with the participation reading and Zyntro's reasoning for each, then the key highlights, the action items and the follow-up recommendation. Once processed.
Transcript The conversation laid out as a exchange between speakers, with the length and the number of speakers in the header. Once a transcript exists — which can be before the intelligence is ready.

The right column

Card What it shows When it appears
Attendees Everyone on the meeting with their role and whether they attended, a link to any that are contacts, and an Add button. The Observer appears here as its own row when one was scheduled. Always. Add only while the meeting has not ended.
Meeting Observer The Observer's status, when it is due to join, and a button to send or reset it. When an Observer was scheduled, or when one could usefully be sent.
Relationship Insights The rapport reading, concerns raised, interests expressed and next steps discussed. Once processed, and only when there was something to say.

Info: A transcript can arrive before the intelligence. Transcribing and reading are separate steps, so a meeting showing a full transcript and no summary is mid-process rather than broken. Give it a few minutes.

Important: Two of the most useful results are not on the meeting screen at all. What Zyntro learned about the person — their pain points, what they want, what is driving them — and any details it inferred about them are written onto the contact's record, not shown against the meeting.

So a meeting screen with no sign of them does not mean they were not produced. Open the contact to see them.

Warning: Delete Meeting is not reversible. It removes the meeting, its transcript and its intelligence. If what you actually want is to stop a recording happening, deal with the Observer on that meeting rather than deleting the meeting itself.
