Pages Your Navigation Expects

The pages your own header and footer are already pointing at.

When your header and footer were generated, they were given a navigation structure — menu items, dropdown entries, a call to action, footer link columns. Those links point at addresses on your own site, and at the start none of those pages exist.

Pages Recommended is that list: every internal link in your header or footer with nothing behind it yet. It is the most useful tab on the screen when a site is new, because it turns "what do I still have to build?" into a checklist you did not have to write.

Steps

Open the tab

Pages Recommended appears next to Pages Created whenever there is something in it. If you do not see it, every link in your navigation already has a page — which is the goal.

Each row shows the page title taken from the link's label, the address the link points at, and whether the link is in your Header, your Footer, or both.

Decide what each one needs to be

Work down the list and think about what the page is for, not just that it is missing. A Pricing link in the header and a Privacy Policy link in the footer are both missing pages, but they want completely different treatment — one is a sales page, the other is pasted legal text.

The tab tells you what is missing. It does not tell you how to build it, and the five creation modes exist precisely because missing pages are not all alike.

Press Generate

Generate takes you into page creation with the name and address already filled in from the navigation link. You pick how to build it and carry on as normal.

Because the address comes from the link, the page lands exactly where your menu is already pointing. Nothing to match up by hand.

Check the list again afterwards

The tab is recalculated every time you open the pages view. As you build pages, rows disappear from it.

It also grows. Edit your navigation to add a menu item and the matching page appears here on your next visit.

Tip: This is the practical reason to get your navigation right during setup. A thought-through menu gives you a complete build list; a vague one leaves you deciding what the site needs page by page.

Result

A page exists at the address your navigation was already pointing at, and that row has gone from the recommended list.
