The Email Broadcasts Screen

What is on the list, and what each control does.

Communications > Email > Broadcasts lists every email campaign in the brand you are working in, newest first. It is where campaigns are created, and where you pause, resume or open one.

Actions, and when each appears

Action Available when What it does
View Always Opens the campaign page: counters, settings and the per-contact delivery table.
Edit The campaign is a draft Reopens the wizard. Once scheduled, a campaign cannot be edited.
Pause The campaign is generating or sending Stops it writing and queueing more. Emails already handed to delivery still go out.
Resume The campaign is paused Picks up where it stopped. An intelligent campaign still obeys its send window and send days.

Info: The list is per brand. Switching brand changes which campaigns you see.
