Where Your Resources Appear
One library, several destinations.
What It Is
A resource is not tied to one destination. The same graphic can be attached to an email by SI, dropped onto a deal page by you, and used when Zyntro drafts a page for your website.
What changes between destinations is which types are usable and who does the choosing.
Why It Matters
It explains two things people find surprising.
The first is why a rich block never shows up in an email: a message has no way to render it. The second is why a resource you added for one purpose starts appearing somewhere else — because the library is shared, and anything in scope is a candidate.
How It Works
Emails and text messages. SI chooses. It considers resources whose scope matches the contact, reads your descriptions, and includes what fits — up to ten candidates for any one message. Only graphics, videos, attachments, links and text blocks are eligible.
Deal pages. You choose, from a picker showing the same library. This is where rich blocks, embeds and code blocks come into their own.
Website pages and generated content. Your resources are part of the material Zyntro draws on when it drafts.
Brand material. Resources attached to an offering or one of its features are recorded against it, so anything reasoning about that offering knows they exist.
Examples
A text block in an email
Reproduced word for word. This is how an approved form of words survives being handled by an AI.
A comparison rich block on a proposal
Rendered as designed on the deal page, and absent from any email about that deal.
An attachment marked as strategy
Never sent anywhere. It changes how messages are written rather than appearing in one.
