Enhancing an offer

What the enhancement produces, how long it takes, and what happens if it fails.

Enhance Offer is the step that does the writing. It is on by default, and it is the difference between an offer that is a note to yourself and one that the rest of Zyntro can use.

It reads your draft along with your brand voice, your audience segments, your offerings, your pricing and your visual preferences, and writes back a finished version plus a set of per-audience material.

Steps

Leave the toggle on and add a line of guidance

The guidance box is where you say what you want emphasised. It is short by design — one sentence is plenty.

Useful guidance names the reader or the angle: make the value concrete for a small agency owner, or lead with how fast they can be up and running. Guidance that just asks for a good result adds nothing.

The cost is shown beside the toggle before you commit.

The guidance is required when the toggle is on. If you have nothing to say, switch the enhancement off instead.

Create the offer and wait

You are taken to a progress screen while the generation runs. It usually takes a couple of minutes.

The screen checks for you and moves you to the offer page when it is done. You do not have to stay on it — the work continues regardless, and you can come back to Marketing > Offers & Deals and open the offer when its status reads Done.

Read the before and after

The offer page shows your own text on the left and the finished version on the right. Beside each generated field is an information icon carrying the reasoning for that specific rewrite — why the headline was built that way, how the description ties to your pricing, why the terms were phrased for trust.

Read the reasoning before you decide whether you like the result. It usually explains a choice that looks odd at first.

Check the three generated sections

Use the list on the left of the offer page to move between them.

Email Hooks — subject-line angles, written per audience, and handed to Segmentation Intelligence along with the offer.

Social Snippets — short posts, one per audience, for you to copy and use.

Visual Frames — image prompts, several per audience, which feed the image generator on the same page.

Edit anything you disagree with, then save

Every generated line is editable in place. Click it, change it, and when you are done choose Save Offer Changes.

Your original draft is never overwritten — it stays in the left-hand column as a record of what you asked for.

Result

The offer reads Done and carries finished copy, hooks for each audience, snippets and image prompts.

From this point it is available to Segmentation Intelligence and can be referenced from an email template or SMS by smart tag.

Tip: The enhancement reads your pricing if you have recorded it, which is what lets the copy quote a real value rather than a vague saving. If the value of your deal is the most persuasive thing about it, make sure your pricing is on file before you run this.

Troubleshooting

Give it a few minutes — a full run takes a couple of minutes and can take longer when your brand setup is large. If it is still Enhancing well after that, the run did not report back. Create the offer again, and if it happens a second time contact support with the offer name.

The generation did not complete, and the offer was released from Enhancing so you are not stuck. Nothing was charged for an incomplete run. Your own text is intact — open the offer and either write the finished four fields yourself and save, or delete it and create it again.

The enhancement writes from your brand voice, so this is usually a sign the brand voice needs attention rather than the offer. Edit the copy in place for now, and review your brand setup before writing more offers.

Correct it in place and save. Then check your recorded pricing: when pricing is absent the copy is written without it, and when it is wrong the copy inherits the error.

Either the offer is locked to a single audience, or your brand only has one audience segment. Both are fine — add more segments if you want material written for each.
