Reviewing and editing an offer

Before and after, the reasoning behind each change, and how to save your edits.

Open any offer from Marketing > Offers & Deals to get its full page. This is where you check what was written, change anything you disagree with, and look at the material generated for each of your audiences.

Nothing you see here is final. Every generated line can be edited, and your own original draft is kept beside it throughout.

Steps

Read the two columns

Your Version // Before on the left is exactly what you typed when you created the offer. AI-Enhanced // After on the right is what Zyntro wrote.

Comparing them is the fastest way to see whether the rewrite kept your meaning. Watch particularly for numbers and conditions: if the right-hand column states a saving or a deadline your draft did not, make sure it is true before you accept it.

Check the reasoning for anything that surprises you

Beside each of the four generated fields is an information icon. It carries the reasoning for that specific rewrite — why the headline was constructed that way, how the description relates to your pricing, why the terms were worded as they are.

The same icons sit beside the Email Hooks, Social Snippets and Visual Frames headings, explaining the approach taken across each set.

Read the reasoning before overriding a choice. It often explains something that looked wrong at a glance.

Edit in place

Click any generated line to edit it. This works on the four main fields, on each email hook, on the audience labels, and on each social snippet.

You can also add and remove items: the plus icon beside Email Hooks adds a group for another audience, the plus beside Social Snippets adds a snippet, and the bin icon on any card removes it.

Move between the sections

The list on the left of the page switches between Offer Details, Email Hooks, Social Snippets and Visual Frames. Your unsaved edits survive moving between them, so you can work through all four and save once at the end.

Save

Choose Save Offer Changes at the top of the page. This writes your edited copy, hooks, snippets and frames back to the offer.

Until you save, your edits exist only in the page. Navigating away loses them.

Saving does not re-run the generation and is not charged. It only stores what is on screen.

Result

The offer holds the wording you approved.

Because Segmentation Intelligence and your templates both read the offer's current text at the moment they are used, an edit here updates every future message that mentions the offer. There is nothing to republish.

Info: The left-hand sidebar also shows the offer's code sample and a Rules & Methods summary — its type and term, its redemption rule, its method and any URL, and its tracking mechanism. These were set when the offer was created and are not editable here. To change them, create the offer again with the settings you want.

Troubleshooting

The offer has no finished copy, so both columns show your own text. This happens when you create an offer with the enhancement switched off, or when a run failed. Write the four fields in the right-hand column yourself and save — once there is a description, the offer becomes usable.

They were not saved. Edits live in the page until you choose Save Offer Changes, and moving to another screen discards them.

Those are produced by the enhancement. An offer created without it has none. You can add email hooks by hand with the plus icon; visual frames can only come from a generated run.

That is expected for a generated code format. The sample shows the shape a code takes and is drawn fresh each visit. A fixed code shows the same value every time, because there is only one.
