What Testimonials Do in Zyntro

Proof you can write once and use in several places

A testimonial in Zyntro is not just a quote you store. You answer a handful of questions about what a customer was struggling with, what you did, and what changed — and Zyntro writes that up several ways at once: a full narrative, a short pull quote with attribution, and a condensed version written for use inside an email.

Each testimonial is attached to the customer's contact record, so the proof lives next to the relationship it came from.

You will find them under Brand Intelligence > Testimonials.

Key Concepts

Testimonial

A customer's result, written up from your answers. Holds the full story, the individual sections, a pull quote and an email version.

Tagline

The short headline for the result, such as 35% Efficiency Boost in 60 Days. It is what identifies the testimonial in lists.

Customer rating

The one-to-five rating the customer gave. Shown as stars on the testimonial and in the list.

Case study

A longer, content-rich piece built from a testimonial. Optional, produced separately, and charged separately.

Draft and Ready

Every testimonial starts as a Draft. Ready is the state that makes a testimonial available to the rest of the platform.

Capabilities

Written up for you

You supply the facts in plain language. Zyntro produces the narrative, the sections, the pull quote and the email version.

Attributed properly

The customer's name, job title and company are pulled through and shown with the quote. All three are editable if the AI gets a detail wrong.

Editable in place

Every part of the generated text can be clicked and edited directly on the testimonial page. Nothing is locked.

Captured on a call

Phona can gather a testimonial during a phone conversation and send it through the same process, so a customer's praise does not have to be written down afterwards.

Images and video

Add photos or video alongside the written testimonial, either when you create it or later.

Case studies on request

Any testimonial can be expanded into a full case study, with optional guidance on what to emphasise.

How It All Fits Together

Proof is one of the few things that works everywhere, so Zyntro keeps testimonials where everything else can reach them. A testimonial marked Ready becomes available to your website, to the intelligence that writes your emails and messages, and to the content tools that let you reference a specific customer story by name.

That is the reason testimonials live under Brand Intelligence rather than in a marketing folder. They are brand material, not a page.

Important: Testimonials are created as drafts, and only ready testimonials are used elsewhere. Your website, the intelligence that composes emails and messages, and the content tools that reference a specific story all read ready testimonials only — a draft is invisible to them.

That is a deliberate review step rather than an obstacle: read the testimonial, correct anything the writing got wrong, then switch the Ready to use toggle on from the testimonials list. It takes effect immediately, and you can switch it back at any time.

Tip: The quality of the writing depends almost entirely on how specific your answers are. Saved them time produces a vague testimonial. Cut invoice processing from three days to four hours across 40 accounts produces one worth publishing. Numbers, timeframes and named processes are what make the difference.
