The Registration Page
What a visitor actually sees.
Every webinar has a public registration page of its own. You will find its link on the webinar's page, where you can also open it to see exactly what a visitor sees.
It needs no login, and it is the link you should share — not the meeting link, and not the watch link.
What the page offers, by type
| Type | The page shows | After signing up |
|---|---|---|
| Live | Your date and time, in the webinar's timezone | A confirmation, then the waiting room on the day |
| Evergreen | That it is available now | Straight to the video |
| Just-in-Time | A choice of start times, in the visitor's own timezone | The waiting room until their chosen slot |
What you control
The headline
Basic Info
optional
The line that does the persuading. Set on the webinar itself, not in the registration settings.
The fields
Registration Form Fields
optional
Which details you ask for. Fewer fields means more sign-ups; more fields means better qualified ones.
The look
Form Styles
optional
Primary colour, button background and text colour, and the button's wording — which defaults to something like Reserve your seat.
The small print
Consent & Legal
optional
Your consent sentence and links to your privacy policy and terms.
Warning: Share the registration link, never the meeting link. Someone who arrives straight at the meeting has no attendance record, no watch time and no name you recognise — so as far as every report is concerned, they were never there.
