What you are allowed to do with the address they gave you.
Consent & Legal holds three things: your consent text, a link to your privacy policy and a link to your terms and conditions. All three appear on the registration form.
Steps
Write the consent sentence
Say plainly what you will do with their details. If registering means they will hear from you afterwards, the sentence should say so.
Add your privacy policy link
A full URL. If your site was built in Zyntro, this is the page you already have.
Add your terms link
The same. Leave it empty rather than pointing at a page that does not exist.
Result
The form carries your wording and your links. Registrants can see what they are agreeing to before they agree to it, which is both the right thing and the thing that keeps complaints down later.
Info: A webinar registration is a reasonable basis for following up about that webinar. Whether it is a basis for unrelated marketing depends on your wording and your jurisdiction — so if you intend the second, make the consent sentence say the second.
