Your Registrants
Who signed up, and what they did about it.
The registration count on My Webinars is a link. It opens the list of everyone who signed up for that webinar, with what each of them did.
The columns
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Contact | Who registered. Links through to the contact record. |
| Company | Their organisation, where you collected it. |
| Status | Registered, attended, partial or no-show. |
| Registered | When they signed up. |
| Watch Progress | How far through the session they got. |
| Engagement | What they did while watching — polls, offers, handouts, feedback. |
The four statuses
Registered
— They signed up and have not watched. Before the session, this is everybody.
Attended
— They turned up and watched enough of it to count.
Partial
— They started and did not finish. Often your most interesting group — enough interest to arrive, something lost them part-way.
No-show
— They registered and never appeared.
Info: Partial is worth a second look. A no-show may simply have forgotten; someone who watched two-thirds and left made a decision, and the point where they left is usually the most useful thing a webinar tells you.
