The Public Booking Page

What the person booking you actually sees, and what each step does.

The booking page is the public face of a schedule. It needs no login, and it works on a phone.

Its address is unique to the combination of your workspace, the schedule and the calendar, which is why one calendar with two schedules has two distinct booking pages. Always take the link from the schedule screen — it is also offered there as a QR code — rather than assembling it by hand.

The visitor's journey

Step What happens
The page opens Your customer-facing title and description are shown, styled with the colours you chose.
Their timezone is worked out Zyntro determines it from their connection and shows all times converted into it. There is no timezone picker — it is automatic, falling back to the calendar's own timezone if it cannot be determined.
Where to meet Shown only when the schedule allows both virtual and in person. If the schedule asks for the visitor's own address, they type it with suggestions appearing as they go.
Choosing a time Times are laid out by day, with arrows to move between weeks. Only genuinely free times appear, capped by the schedule's daily limit.
Confirm Sends them to your connected form, carrying the chosen time and the location choice. The form, not this page, creates the booking.
The form Opens with its welcome screen skipped, since the visitor is mid-task. Submitting it creates the meeting and sends the invitations.

Important: The confirm button does nothing if no form is connected to the schedule. The page renders, the times are real, and the button is silent. It is the single most common reason a booking page appears to work and produces no bookings.

What the visitor never sees

Your other commitments — Only free times are offered. Nothing about what occupies the rest of your calendar is exposed.
Times outside your windows — The schedule's availability is applied before anything is shown.
Past times — A slot stops being offered once it has begun. Note that there is no minimum notice, so a slot starting shortly is still offered.
Who they will be meeting, on a group calendar — Unless the schedule lets them choose a specific member, the host is decided when the booking is made.

Info: A booking page can be embedded or linked. Because it is an ordinary public page, it works as a link in an email, a button on your site, or a QR code in print. The page carries no session, so nothing about a visitor is assumed.
