The Entities Screen

CRM → Entities, column by column.

The Entities screen lists every organisation in your CRM. Each row links to that organisation's own page, and the contact count links to the people at it.

Entities belong to your organisation, not to a brand — so if you run several brands they share one list.

The columns

Column What it shows Sortable
Entity Name The organisation's name, linking to its own page. The Entity Type appears underneath it in smaller text when one is set. Yes
Contacts How many contacts are linked. When it is more than zero it is a link: following it opens My Contacts filtered to that organisation. Yes
Location The organisation's location, or a dash. Yes
Website The website, shown without the http prefix and opening in a new tab. Yes
Status A coloured pill. Active is green, anything else is red. Yes
Created When the record was created. Yes

Tip: The contact count is the most useful control on the screen. Clicking it takes you to My Contacts already filtered to that organisation, which is the quickest route to "who do we know at this company?" — and the quickest way to see that a record you suspect is a duplicate has three contacts on it while its twin has one.

The buttons

Consolidate Entities — Opens the consolidation screen, where duplicates are found and merged. Top right.
All Contacts / View Pipeline — Two small icons above the table that jump to your contacts and your pipeline.
Delete Selected — Appears once you tick at least one row. It tells you how many are selected.

Deleting entities

Situation What happens
You select an entity with no contacts Delete Selected is available and the record is deleted permanently.
You select an entity that has contacts The button is disabled for the whole selection, and hovering it says the entity has active contacts and cannot be deleted.
You select a mixture The button is disabled. Deselect the ones with contacts to proceed.
A delete partly succeeds Zyntro reports how many were deleted and how many were skipped because they had contacts.

Warning: Deleting here is permanent and is not a merge. It removes the organisation record outright. If what you actually have is the same company recorded twice, deleting one of them throws away whatever was on it — use Consolidate Entities instead, which moves the contacts across first.
