Have AI Build Your Form
Start from a complete draft instead of a blank canvas
The AI route asks you one question — what is this form for? — and produces a finished first draft: a name, a set of fields with sensible labels and validation, mapping already chosen for each field, a welcome screen, a thank-you message and a starting set of follow-up actions.
It builds from what Zyntro already knows about your business: your brand, your offerings, your audience segments, your customer journey and the custom fields you have defined. That is why the result asks questions specific to your business rather than generic ones.
Everything it produces is editable. Treat it as a strong starting point, not a finished article.
Before You Begin
- Your brand set up, including audience segments and offerings — the more complete this is, the better the form
- Any custom fields you want the form to populate, created beforehand
Steps
Start a new form and choose the AI route
Go to Sales → CRM → Forms and click Make a New Form. Choose Build Me a Form.
Choose an objective
Pick from the five objectives in the Choose an objective list. Each one shows an explanation underneath as you select it, and each produces a different kind of form. The table below this step sets out what to expect from each.
The objective is the single most important choice here — it shapes the questions, their order and how they are mapped.
Set the public and booking options
The same two settings as the manual route. This is a public form should stay on. Add a Schedule for Bookings? starts on, so switch it off unless this form should take bookings — and if you leave it on, choose a schedule.
Click Continue and wait
Zyntro builds the form and shows progress while it works. This takes a couple of minutes. Leave the page open.
During this step the form has no name yet — the name comes from what the AI produces, so it appears once the build finishes.
Review what it built
When the build completes, go through it properly:
- Read every label as a stranger would, and simplify anything that reads like internal language.
- Check Map Data To on each field. Confirm each answer is going where you want it, especially anything mapped to a new custom field.
- Remove questions you will not act on. Every extra question costs completions. If nobody will ever use the answer, delete the field.
- Check the order. Easy questions first, sensitive ones last.
- Preview it at phone width as well as desktop.
Style it and set up your actions
From here the route is the same as a manual form: adjust the styling, then work through Manage Form Actions. Saving Form Actions for the first time publishes the form.
What each objective produces
| Objective | What you get | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Capture | A data-rich lead form that collects as much usable detail about a prospect as it reasonably can. | You want qualified leads with enough context for SI to follow up well. |
| Website CTA Form | A short form built to sit on a page of your website as a call to action. | You are embedding the form in a page and completions matter more than depth. |
| A survey to re-engage old contacts | A survey whose questions relate to your brand, your offerings and your CRM setup, designed to restart a conversation. | You have contacts who have gone quiet and you want a reason to talk again. |
| A survey to win back lost leads or dropped-off customers | A short, direct survey aimed at understanding why someone left. | You want to understand churn. Expect low response rates — that is inherent to the ask. |
| A form to enrich data for Segmentation Intelligence | A form built specifically to fill gaps in what SI knows, based on your custom fields, offerings and customer journey. | You have contacts with thin records and want SI to work from more than a name and an email. |
Tip: The win-back survey is the one to expect least from. If a customer has already had a poor experience, a survey is unlikely to be what brings them back — a person usually is. Use it to learn, not to recover.
Important: The password option is not enforced yet, as of October 2026. Turning off This is a public form and setting a password stores the password, but nothing currently checks it — the form stays reachable at its public address. Treat every form you build as publicly accessible, and do not rely on the password to protect sensitive questions.
Result
A complete Draft form in My Forms, named by the AI, with fields, mapping, a welcome screen and starting actions in place. Once you save Form Actions it is Published and visible to Segmentation Intelligence.
If the result is not close enough to what you wanted, it is usually faster to delete it and rebuild with a different objective than to rework it field by field.
