Forms in Zyntro
Capture what people tell you, and put it somewhere your business can use it
A form in Zyntro is not a standalone questionnaire that emails you the answers. It is a capture surface wired directly into your contact records.
When someone completes one of your forms, Zyntro creates or updates a contact, files each answer where you told it to go, works out who owns the lead, tells the right people, and hands the result to Segmentation Intelligence — the engine that decides what should happen next with that relationship. All of it happens on one submission, without you moving data between tools.
That is why form design matters more here than it does elsewhere. The questions you ask, and where you route the answers, become the context SI uses for every follow-up email, message and call that person receives.
Key Concepts
A set of fields, a look, and a list of things that happen when someone submits. Each form has its own public address.
One question or one piece of content on the form. Zyntro has 21 field types, from a plain text box to a matrix grid to a calculated total.
The instruction attached to each field that tells Zyntro where the answer belongs — a CRM field, the contact's notes, their profile data, or nowhere.
What happens after a submission: the thank-you screen or redirect, follow-up email or SMS, an outbound call, enrichment, and who gets notified.
One stored submission, including every answer, the contact it produced, and any booking made.
A form's status. Published makes it visible to Segmentation Intelligence. It does not control whether the public can reach it.
Capabilities
Build it yourself or have AI build it
Drag fields onto a canvas and set each one up by hand, or pick an objective and let Zyntro produce a complete first draft you can then edit.
Ask only what applies
Conditional logic shows, hides, skips to, or pre-fills fields based on what someone has already answered, so nobody reads a question that is irrelevant to them.
Take bookings inside the form
Attach one of your schedules and the form offers real available times. The booking, the contact and the calendar event are created together.
Route each answer deliberately
Send an answer to a named CRM field, to the contact's notes as readable prose, or into profile data for SI to reason over — field by field.
Match your brand
Colours, input sizes and shapes, button styling, heading sizes and an optional welcome screen with your logo.
Feed Segmentation Intelligence
A published form's submissions become profile context, detected signals and pipeline movement, not just stored rows.
How It All Fits Together
Forms sit between your audience and your CRM, and they are one of the main ways Segmentation Intelligence learns about a person.
SI can only act well on a relationship it understands. A contact record with a name and an email supports very little. A contact whose form answers described their team size, their timeline and the problem they are trying to solve supports a great deal. Every question you map into the CRM or into profile data widens what SI has to work with.
Forms also connect outward. A form can be placed on a website built with Webby, sent as a link in an email or SMS, printed as a QR code, or offered to an AI agent through Zyntro's connected tools. Whichever route someone arrives by, the submission lands in the same place.
Tip: If you are new to forms in Zyntro, build one small form by hand before trying the AI builder. Ten minutes in the builder makes everything the AI produces far easier to read and adjust.
Warning: Draft does not mean private. A Draft form is already reachable at its public address — anyone with the link can complete it. What Draft actually controls is visibility to Segmentation Intelligence: while a form is Draft, SI cannot see it, cannot reference it in email, SMS or broadcasts, and it will not appear to connected AI agents. If you need a form genuinely unreachable while you work on it, build it and share the link only when you are ready.
