Zyntro Mobile

Your CRM, contacts and business tools on your phone — paired with one QR code, installed from your browser

Zyntro Mobile is the phone version of Zyntro. It gives you your contacts, your communication history, your meetings and a business card scanner, in a form built for one hand and a small screen.

It is not downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You install it straight from your browser and it lands on your home screen with its own icon, opening full-screen with no browser chrome around it. That is why the install steps look unusual the first time — the few taps below replace an app store download.

Setting it up has two halves. First you pair your phone, by scanning a QR code from your computer. Then you install it, by adding it to your home screen. Pairing is the same on every phone; installing differs between Android and iPhone, so there is a separate guide for each.

Key Concepts

Pairing

Connecting one phone to your Zyntro account by scanning a QR code. It signs you in on the phone without you typing a password, and it is done once per device.

QR code validity

The code shown in the Zyntro Mobile panel is good for 30 days. If nobody scans it in that time it stops working and you generate a fresh one by opening the panel again.

Mobile session

Once scanned, your phone stays signed in for 90 days. After that you pair again from the same panel — a few seconds, not a fresh setup.

Installing

Adding Zyntro to your home screen so it opens like any other app: its own icon, full screen, no address bar. Pairing without installing still works, but you would be opening it through your browser every time.

Per-member pairing

Each person pairs their own phone with their own code. Your colleague's paired device does not appear as paired on your account, and you never share a code.

Capabilities

Your contacts

Browse, search and open any contact, see their details and custom fields, and add new contacts from your phone.

Email, SMS and calls

Reach a contact on any channel without leaving the record you are looking at.

Business card scanner

Photograph a card and let Zyntro read it into a contact — the reason a lot of people install this in the first place.

Meetings

See what is coming up and open any meeting for its detail.

Notes

Capture a note against a contact while the conversation is still fresh.

Works offline

Installed to the home screen, Zyntro keeps working when your signal does not, and catches up when it returns.

How It All Fits Together

Zyntro Mobile is a window onto the same data as the desktop app, not a separate copy of it. A contact you add on your phone is in your CRM immediately; a note you write in a car park is there when you open your laptop.

That matters most for the things that only happen away from a desk. A card handed over at an event, a detail mentioned on a doorstep, a number that needs calling before you forget — these are exactly the moments that never make it into a CRM, and they are what the phone version exists to capture.

Everything captured on the phone feeds the same intelligence as everything else. A contact scanned from a card is engaged by SI on the same terms as one that arrived through a form.

Which guide do you need?

Android iPhone & iPad
Browser you must use Chrome Safari only
Pairing by QR code Same Same
How you install An Install button Share → Add to Home Screen
Taps after pairing About three About six
Ends up on the home screen Yes, and in the app drawer Yes

Warning: On iPhone and iPad you must use Safari. Chrome and Firefox on iOS cannot add a web app to the Home Screen — Apple does not give them the option — so the install will not complete in those browsers.

Tip: Pair and install in one sitting. The pairing panel is on your computer and the install steps are on your phone, so having both in front of you takes about two minutes end to end.
