Reviewing a Quarantined Lead
A quarantined lead scored below your stream's threshold, so nothing was sent to it. It is waiting for a decision from you.
The review drawer shows everything the qualification pass produced, plus everything Lens knows about the person and their company. It is worth reading before you act — most quarantine decisions are obvious once you see which criteria the lead actually lost points on.
Before You Begin
- A stream with at least one quarantined lead
Steps
Open the stream and switch to Quarantined
From Lens > My Streams, click the stream name, or use the eye icon in its Actions column. Below the configuration cards you will find two lead tabs. Click Quarantined — the tab carries a count.
Click any row to open the review drawer
The drawer slides in from the right. Clicking the row anywhere except the checkbox opens it; the checkbox is for selecting leads to act on in bulk.
Read the score and the verdict
At the top is the score as a ring, with the qualifying statement beside it — the verdict in a sentence or two. This is usually enough to decide on its own.
Check where the lead has been, if that section appears
Where This Lead Has Been only appears for a lead that has already been moved between streams. It lists each move with the stream it left, the stream it went to, the score it had, and the reasoning at the time. It sits above the breakdown deliberately: knowing a lead has already been turned down twice changes how you read its current score.
Work through the scoring breakdown
Scoring Breakdown lists all ten criteria with the points earned, the points available, and a sentence of reasoning for each. This is the part that tells you whether a lead is in the wrong stream or simply weak — a lead scoring well on Decision Authority and Engagement Potential but near zero on Role-Objective Alignment is a capable, reachable person who is wrong for this particular campaign.
Read the assessment and the suggested angle
AI Assessment explains the lead's situation more fully, and often why the search returned them at all. Suggested Communication Angle advises how to approach them — or warns you off a specific message. On a poor-fit lead the angle is frequently an instruction not to send this campaign's pitch at all, which is worth heeding.
Review the person, company and technology details
The remaining sections carry the name, title, seniority, location, email with its verification status, phone, and professional headline; then company headcount, revenue, founding year, description, website and location; then the technology stack and keywords on file. All of this came with the lead and is what the enrichment paid for.
Decide
The drawer footer holds the available actions. In an acquisition stream: Move to a different Stream, Discard, and Push Through. In a feeder, Discard becomes the primary action and Push Through is labelled Push Through Anyway, because a lead the catch-all also turned down has nowhere better to go.
Result
You have the full reasoning behind the lead and can act on it. Whichever action you choose, the lead leaves the quarantine tab and the count drops.
Tip: To act on many leads at once, tick their checkboxes instead of opening each one. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen with the selection count and the bulk actions, which is far quicker when a stream has quarantined dozens of leads for the same reason.
