The Lens Dashboard

Lens > Dashboard is the view across every stream in the brand. My Streams is the view of each stream side by side. Between them they answer the two questions worth asking regularly: is Lens producing, and is any one stream producing badly.

Steps

Read the five metrics across the top

The dashboard opens with totals for the whole brand: total leads, total spent, average cost per lead, average qualification score, and how many streams are active.

The average score is the one people overlook. A low average across a brand usually means the objectives are vaguer than the targeting, not that the market is poor.

Check which streams are producing

Streams are ranked by how many leads they have produced. A feeder is ranked on what it received rather than what it acquired, so it does not sink to the bottom of the list for doing a different job.

Scan the recent leads

The most recent leads arrive here first. It is the quickest way to confirm a stream is still running after you changed something, without opening it.

Check the email verification rate

This is the proportion of acquired leads whose address came back verified or likely valid. A falling rate means you are paying to reveal addresses that cannot be used — cost with no outreach attached to it.

Switch to My Streams to compare

Lens > My Streams repeats the four headline figures, then gives a row per stream with its Leads/Day target, its Leads and its Spent, along with status and tier badges. Pause, view and delete controls sit at the end of each row.

Result

You know what Lens has produced and cost across the brand, and which stream to open if something looks wrong.

What to look at when something seems off

Symptom Check Usually means
Spend rising, few new contacts The Quarantined count on each stream Leads are being acquired and scored but not passing. Targeting and objective disagree
Cost per lead higher on one stream That stream's tier and criteria A Premium tier, or loose criteria revealing people who are then quarantined
Low average score across the brand The targeting objectives Four of the ten criteria read the objective. Vague objectives cap scores
Low email verification rate Industry and company size filters Some segments have poor address coverage. You pay to look regardless
A stream has stopped producing Its status and end condition Paused, or it reached a stop date or lead count

Info: Every spend figure on these screens comes from the record of what was actually debited from your wallet, and every count from the lead records themselves. Neither is read from a running total kept beside the stream, which is why the figures reconcile with your wallet rather than approximating it.
