The Meetings Screen Explained

CRM → Meetings, column by column.

The Meetings list is the index of every meeting your organisation holds a record of, newest first. Each row links to that meeting's own screen, where the transcript and the intelligence live.

Two things about this list surprise people, so they are worth saying up front. It shows the whole organisation's meetings, not just yours. And it has no filter or search — the list is the list, sorted and scrolled.

The three buttons, top right

Quick Meeting — Creates a video meeting starting now and gives you a link to share. Use it for a conversation that was not scheduled. Covered in its own guide.
Schedule Meeting — Takes you to today's view on your calendar, where you create the entry as you normally would. Meetings has no scheduling screen of its own, because scheduling is a calendar job.
Retrospective — Opens the route for a meeting Zyntro never attended, where you supply the transcript, recording or video yourself.

The columns

Column What it shows Sortable
Meeting The meeting title, linking to its detail screen. Underneath it, a type badge, the host's name, and small icons for a transcript and for intelligence when those exist. Yes
Date & Time The start, shown in the meeting's own timezone rather than yours — so a meeting booked in Singapore reads in Singapore time. Below it, up to four attendees as coloured initials, with a count for any beyond that. Yes
Duration How long the meeting is scheduled for, or ran for. Yes
Attendees Up to three attendees by name, with the host tagged, and a count for the rest. Reads "No attendees" when none were recorded. No
Status Upcoming, In Progress or Completed — worked out from the clock, not from anything you set. No
Intelligence A sentiment dot and an engagement percentage once the meeting has been processed. A dash means there is nothing yet. No

The badges and icons in the Meeting column

Video — The Observer was scheduled for this meeting. It does not promise the recording succeeded — only that Zyntro was asked to attend.
Meeting — No Observer was scheduled. In-person meetings, phone meetings and meetings on a link you supplied yourself all read this way.
with [name] — The host of the meeting. On a group calendar this is whoever the booking was allocated to, which is not necessarily you.
Transcript icon — A transcript exists for this meeting, so there is something to read even if the intelligence is not finished.
Intelligence icon — The meeting has been processed and its summary, highlights and action items are ready on the detail screen.

The Status column

Status What it means
Upcoming The start time has not arrived yet.
In Progress The clock is between the start and end times. It does not mean anyone actually joined.
Completed The end time has passed. It means the slot is over — not that the meeting took place, and not that it produced anything.

Info: Status is the clock, not the outcome. It is worked out by comparing the meeting's times with now. A meeting nobody attended still reads Completed the moment its end time passes. To know whether a meeting actually produced anything, look at the Intelligence column or the transcript icon — those reflect real results.

The Intelligence column

Indicator What it means
A dash The meeting has not been processed. Either it has not happened, nothing recorded it, or processing has not finished.
Sentiment dot The overall tone Zyntro read in the conversation. The detail screen gives the reasoning behind it.
Engagement percentage How involved the participants were, as a percentage. Roughly: 70% and above reads as high, 40% to 70% as moderate, below 40% as low.

Important: The list is organisation-wide. Every member sees every meeting in the organisation, including each other's. If that is not what you want for a particular conversation, the thing to control is whether it is recorded at all, not who can see the list.

The mobile app behaves differently: it shows only meetings where you are the organiser or an attendee. So a meeting you can see on the desktop list may legitimately not be in your phone.

Tip: There is no search or filter on this list. It loads fifty meetings at a time and fetches more as you scroll, sorted by start time with the furthest ahead at the top — so upcoming meetings sit above completed ones. To find one particular past meeting, sorting by Meeting title is usually quicker than scrolling by date.

If you are looking for meetings with one specific person, their contact record lists their meetings directly, which is a shorter path than this screen.
